Academy (K-8th)

Thank you for your interest in Salem Sayers Baptist Academy! Our primary mission is to enroll, educate, encourage, and graduate students as responsible citizens and ambassadors for Christ as a partner with parents carrying out their responsibilities as God’s stewards over their children’s development. We believe the Bible is the infallible and inerrant Word of God that speaks with final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind. We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the in the creative acts of God and that man was created by a direct act of God and in the image of God. We believe in the biblical foundation of the nuclear family and strive to maintain a wholesome environment. We believe in empowering parents, never hindering them as they seek to fortify their child(ren) against this sin sick society we live in.

Our teachers are dedicated followers of Christ who love God and love having the opportunity to foster intellectual and spiritual growth in their students. At SSBA, we use Abeka curriculum to teach the core subjects of English, Reading, Spelling, Penmanship, Science, History, and Health. We use Saxon curriculum for Mathematics. Students take a Bible class and a Physical Education class daily and attend Chapel once a week with each class taking turns to host. Our students have access to our library, a hot lunch program, computers in their classroom, and extra-curriculars such as Cooking Class, Volleyball, and Basketball. We do our best to keep school fun and exciting by celebrating holidays and planning special event days like the Science Fair, Spelling Bee, and Rodeo Day.

We know what a difficult decision it can be to choose a school for your child. If you are interested in seeing your child(ren) come alive to  their God given potential, give us a call. We’d be thrilled to set you up for a tour!
